Founded by Sal Tommasino and his late partner Carlos Stio, both seasoned veterans of the New York City nightlife scene with over thirty years of experience in every aspect of the hospitality industry, All Season Protection was built on firsthand knowledge of the unique needs required to protect patrons, staff and business assets. As former bar and restaurant owners, Sal and Carlos knew what it would take to provide comprehensive, tailored security solutions.
Sal has established himself as a national security expert, frequently speaking at nightclub, bar and restaurant conventions across the country. Together with Carlos, they built strong partnerships with law enforcement, the State Liquor Authority and numerous city agencies—key factors in assembling the industry’s most elite and effective security teams.

All Season Protection’s leadership includes retired law enforcement officials, including former commanders from cabaret units, vice squads and the Mayor’s Task Force. Their extensive networks and experience ensure that clients are given expert guidance to maintain compliance with local laws, community guidelines and State Liquor Authority regulations. This expertise allows clients to operate confidently, smoothly and without interruption.
